Dear Neighbor:
If you have a child in Kindergarten through 12th grade, your family is invited to attend Score for Kids Foundation’s Back to School Bash. The Back to School Bash will be held on Saturday, July 22nd, 2023, from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
Please complete the registration form. An adult (parent) must accompany all students to the Back to School Bash. We have a limit of three children maximum per family. Students must be present to receive items! No exceptions
